The hours will be subject to Rotas and requirements of the Head Chef. HOURS OF WORK: In the region of 28 hours per week, split over two weeks 4 days and 3 days: Shifts are 8 hours per day on a 5 over 7 basis (8.5hrs per shift less 0.5 hrs unpaid lunch).
